FUSION BOND DC

Fusion Bond DC is a dual-cure bonding agent for enamel and dentine, suitable for use with both dual-cure and self-cure composites such as Fusion Self Lute and Fusion Ultra DC. It requires prior conditioning of enamel and dentine surfaces and is ideal for bonding posts.
This two-bottle system includes Bonding Agent and Activator.

  Composition

  Bonding Agent:
  Urethane Dimethacrylate, Triethylene Glycol Dimethacrylate, Bisphenol A Diglycidyl Methacrylate, Tertiary Butanol, Photoinitiators, Stabilizer, Ethoxylated Bisphenol A Dimethacrylate.

  Activator:
  Urethane Dimethacrylate, Triethylene Glycol Dimethacrylate, Bisphenol A Diglycidyl Methacrylate, Tertiary Butanol, Curing Agent, Stabilizer.

  Instructions for Use

  Direct Restoration:

  1. Clean cavity/root canal with water spray & air dry.

  2. In deep cavities, protect dentine with calcium hydroxide liner (Cal LC) or glass ionomer liner (I-Seal).

  3. Apply Actino Gel etching gel for 15 seconds.

  4. Rinse thoroughly, gently air dry (do not over-dry dentine).

  5. Proceed to bonding.

  Mixing & Application:

  1. Dispense equal drops of Bonding Agent & Activator into a clean dish.

  2. Mix for 3–4 seconds.

  3. Apply evenly using a disposable brush.

  4. Air dry for at least 5 seconds to evaporate solvent.

  5. Repeat if necessary.

  6. Light cure for 20–30 seconds (optional).

  Warnings

  • Avoid eye contact — wear protective eyewear for you & the patient.

  • May cause allergic skin reactions — clean immediately if contact occurs.

  • Avoid contact with oral soft tissues.

  • Contains tertiary butanol — do not inhale vapors.

  Storage

  • Store at 10°C–24°C in a cool, dry place.

  • Keep container closed after use.

  • Shelf life: 2 years from manufacturing date.
