Overview:
Fusion Bond 5 / Fusion Total Etch Bond delivers high-performance adhesion in direct and indirect restorations. It bonds securely to enamel, dentin, and restorative materials. When mixed with Fusion Self-Cure Activator, it becomes a universal dual-cure self-priming adhesive.

Indications:

Bonding for direct light-curing and dual-curing composite/compomer restorations

Adhesion for resin cements with inlays, onlays, veneers, and full crowns

May cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals

Avoid use with known acrylate allergies
Dental Professionals:

Avoid contact with uncured adhesive

Use gloves; replace if penetrated by material
Instructions for Use:
A. General Bonding
-
Isolate with rubber dam
-
Prepare cavity with minimal reduction
-
Etch enamel & dentin (15s), rinse (10s), blot dry
-
Apply 2–3 coats adhesive (15s), air-thin (5s), light cure (20–30s)

Place and cure restorative material as per manufacturer
B. Porcelain Veneers

Apply silane to lab-etched porcelain
-
Clean teeth with pumice slurry
-
Etch enamel & dentin (15s), rinse, blot dry

Apply adhesive to tooth & veneer, do not light cure
-
Apply cement, seat veneer, clean excess, light cure
Contraindications:

Acrylate allergy
-
Not for self-cure composites without light activation

Not for direct pulp capping
Interactions:
-
Avoid eugenol or clove oil materials prior to bonding
Warnings:
-
Irritant — avoid contact with skin/eyes
-
Rinse eyes immediately if contact occurs
Storage:

Store at 10°C–24°C
