Fusion Core DC Flo is a dual-cure, two-component core build-up and post cementation material in a convenient automix delivery system. Its flowable, non-slumping formula ensures precise placement, while the dual-cure mechanism guarantees complete polymerization even in deeper areas.

Composition:

• Base Paste: Bisphenol A Glycidyl Methacrylate, Ethoxylated Bisphenol A Dimethacrylate, Triethylene Glycol Dimethacrylate, Silanated Barium Glass Powder, Amorphous Fumed Silica, Curing Agents, Stabilizers.

• Catalyst Paste: Bisphenol A Glycidyl Methacrylate, Ethoxylated Bisphenol A Dimethacrylate, Triethylene Glycol Dimethacrylate, Silanated Barium Glass Powder, Amorphous Fumed Silica, Curing Agents, Stabilizers, Pigments.

Indications:

• Core build-up for vital and non-vital teeth

• Luting of fibre-reinforced resin posts

Usage Instructions:

• Post Cementation: Prepare the canal, bond the tooth, apply material into canal and onto post, insert, then light cure for 20 seconds or allow 5 minutes for chemical cure.

• Core Build-Up: Isolate tooth, bond, place matrix, inject material, light cure for 20–40 seconds or allow 5 minutes for chemical cure, then shape as required.

Warnings & Precautions:

• Avoid contamination with saliva, blood, or water during bonding.

• Do not use zinc oxide eugenol-containing materials.

• Contains methacrylates – contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity.

• Allow to reach room temperature if refrigerated before use.

Storage: Store between 10°C and 24°C in a dry place. Keep capped tightly.
Shelf Life: 2 years from manufacturing date.
