Prevest DenPro ApaCal ART

ApaCal ART is a photo-cure, resin-modified calcium hydroxide and tricalcium phosphate pulp protectant/liner fortified with hydroxyapatite. Designed to protect the dentin–pulp complex, it functions as a barrier for direct and indirect pulp capping and as a protective base/liner under various restorative materials. Its Active Release Technology promotes bioactivity and effective pulp protection.

Composition
Urethane Dimethacrylate, Triethylene Glycol Dimethacrylate, Calcium Hydroxide, Tricalcium Phosphate, Hydroxyapatite, Photoinitiators, Stabilizers, Barium Zirconate.

Clinical Guidelines

• Ensure tooth isolation with rubber dam

• For pulp capping: achieve haemostasis, apply in ≤1mm thickness, light cure for 40 seconds

• For liner/base: apply uniformly in ≤1mm layer, light cure, restore as required

• Avoid wet environments and oral exposure before curing

Contraindications
Not for use in patients with known allergies to methacrylate resins or other listed components.

Storage
Store at 10°C to 24°C in a dry place. Close cap tightly after use. Shelf life: 3 years from manufacturing.
